Recommendations are offered to the community, service providers, governmental agencies, private entities, and general assembly regarding any action that may facilitate and streamline the provision of community-based and general governmental services to the deaf and hard of hearing community.
Provides telecommunications access by supplying equipment to deaf and hard of hearing residents who qualify.
