    CCDHH offers a variety of resources and trainings for state and local governments, private business, community organizations, and persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind.     The Communication Access Assessment (CAA) is a consultative tool that CCDHH uses with interested entities to build capacity for effective communication with deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind clients/consumers or employees. For more information, go to the CAA information page.
